DAGUPEÑA RESTAURANT
The restaurant is turning 100 years old in 2028. It is in the northern part of the Philippines, in a province called Pangasinan which is known for its milkfish, crabs, fermented shrimp paste, and sea salt. Dagupeña serves authentic Filipino Cuisine anchored on traditional cooking methods and fresh seasonal ingredients sourced from the region. We’ve been living the slow food and farm-to-table movements close to a century.
